主要还是看句子开头的同位成分吧，26 billion barrels a year，是说的consumption of oil，而不是oil. E的被动说法感觉也很生硬。

hm..不知能否解释清楚LS这个问题，有种说法说，同位语需要对它的修饰对象有解释力。怎么判断这个解释力，还是看句子的逻辑语义吧。一家之言。

这已经是很久的帖子了，由于我做题的时候做错了，搜索到了这道题。
我就当自己再说一下我自己的理解咯。
为什么选择A，同位语就像-ING一样，逻辑主语要和主句主语一致，即是主句的主语能够实施同位语的这个动作。
那么这样看来，便只有A咯，HIAHIA
