答案是A 这个没问题
但是答案上口口声声说they和them无指代对象，但是我怎么觉得they指代的是前面的the potential investors呢？

从句意理解they 和 them 不可能指potential investor

签署一份包括惩罚条约的合并协议。惩罚条约保障投资者的利益，应该是等银行同意这一条款，投资者才敢投钱

应该是指代the potential investors。

只是前面的are已经枪毙了E。

我觉得你是从正确答案推了。。。

其实，答案也没告诉我们谁同意了。。只是说被签了。。。

they不是E的错误

恩~ 我不纠结了 DE的主要错误点事are是把？因为新prep的笔记上是那么说的，我才觉得有点疑惑，谢谢大家~
