这道题我选的是A,为什么是C呢.我现在搞不懂for在表"目的"和"属性"时什么时候正确,什么时候错误??请高手指教

the need for sb. to do sth. 是固定用法；短语永远比从句简洁。

个人看法：

更重要的是：短语和从句表达的意思是不一样的。

短语，偏重于名+动；而从句，则偏重于中心名词。

还是比较困惑为什么C优于A．是仅仅因为the need for sb. to do sth. 是固定用法吗？有没有人能再解释一下？谢谢！

此题我认为A在意思表达上更好。C有混淆意思之嫌，即对Expert来说解释技术问题很重要，而非由Expert来解释技术问题。
