同意楼上,而且句子的逻辑意思也表示着一种类似于“古今对比”的意味,即M曾以为radio会成为什么,然而它成为了什么。
如果仅用became,句子更强调的是become这个动词,即转变的一瞬间发生的事情。而用has become强调状态,强调古到今的状态或影响,更体现形态,即“它成为了什么东西”
