我个人觉得：

staff 和 members有点儿意思重复

vast amounts of能修money但不能修staff

no matter how large the staff or how vast the amount of money太麻烦，罗索，而且中间应该用nor吧。或者用or no matter how vast...

补充问一句no matter的用法：

是：no matter A nor B

或者：no matter A or no matter B

两种用法，对吗？

这题，我不敢确定。

我倾向于：no matter A or no matter B ；

而no matter A nor B应该不对。

查了牛津词典，staff members并不重复，直接作为例子写在staff的词条里
