答案是B。

有个细节不太明白。prep笔记的解释说选项D的it没有指代对象，个人认为可以指代the safety，不知道对不对，请大家帮忙~~~

it 是人称代词，指代前面所提到的事物本身.
打个不恰当的比方，前面如果提到的是lz，那么后面这个it就指代的是与被前面所提到是状态（比如身高体重等）完全一致的lz，而不是长胖了的lz
所以在这道题中用it 指代the safety 是不对的，因为该句子想表达的safety 在本质上是不一样的
