谢谢msqjz501,虽然spending表示了伴随结果状态,但是它的主语难道不应该是前面从句的主语insuarance plans吗?从意义上讲它的主语因该是doctors,但是doctors在前面的从句中显然是一个require的宾语,就是这一点让我很困惑。
