D选项中的other hoapitals' space used 解释说是awkward ，请问GMAT中不可以用非生命名词的+‘s结构的所有格吗？

不知道原题是什么。
现就你说的那个问题答下：可以用非生命名词的+‘s结构的所有格。
只不过用of更好——但这不是绝对的判断依据

划线部分正确答案是（E）：eliminate unneeded beds, consolidate expensive services, and use space in other hospitals.

OG的解释是：“Since the report recommended, it is redundant to use should”.

可是Longman Dictionary中对recommended的解释是可以用should的。

到底是能用还是不能用，迷惑啊~~~~~~~~~~

有了recommended还要出现一个should?这不是明显illogical么~
