请教高手这里的BACKWARD DESCRIPTION BEHIND THE ANNOUNCEMENT是什么意思？Due to 和 Because 的用法有什么区别呢？

这个句子说的是三个连续因果关系的事件，oversupply导致价格下降，再导致工厂停产
D先说了价格下降，又说这个是由于oversupply造成的，再说又导致了什么结果，这样的因果关系不连贯，不符合逻辑顺序，所以是backward description

due to后面一般接名词，because接句子，复杂一点的原因一般都用because

B,C,D都是在强调下降的价格使得工厂减产。而仔细分析一下，如果解释为“过多的供应使价格下降这一个合理的因果关系使工厂减产”更为合理。Obviously,answer is A.
而E结构复杂而且难懂，不会是正确选项。
