为什么此题该选B呢，A和C明显不对，但是D为什么不对呢，我觉得which 就近修饰country是不对的，但是没的选，因为E虽然就近修饰market可以，但是E的句子结构混乱。我觉得很迷茫！

应该是选E
which就近修饰
前面不能是country

跟樓主再看一下結構

By merging it's two publishing divisions, the company will ... 所以可以知道 it 指代 company.

而句意上, 只有 "market" (而不是country) 可以 ranges from obscure textbooks to mass-market paperbacks

還有就是 share of country's xxx market. 佔著國家的xxx市場的份額
