renoir的最后说的话是flowers, 当一束从他的花园摘下的话被放到他的卧室窗口的时候。

根据意思，就是C了。这题很恶心....

A, E: no reference to "they"; B, "had been" is wrong tense; The two actions (spoken and arrange) happened at the same time, so, "being arranged" is better than "arrangement." C is best.
