GWD给的答案是D吧，

对于A，其人讨论认为A的making修饰有歧义，属于夹心想象。

但是我觉得D也不好。

我觉得应该只有make it punishable to do....和make it punishable that....

想D这样make it punishable for....sb to do是官方承认的用法吗？

请大家指教。谢谢

这个结构是不是和make it difficult for sb to do sth是一个道理呢?
it是形式主语，to do是主语，对于某人来说做什么事情困难

该题中
做xxx事情对某人来说是会被惩罚的，punishable和difficult都是形容词
