答案是E, 根本不明白为什么？句子的结构也看不懂。

Grow在做生长时,为intransitive verb,与rate相配的介词应该用at.

grow在做transitive verb时,为培育,种植,raise等.

另外这里应该是介词位于句首的倒装,主语是the rate,所以应该用is.

C有两个问题:1,改变了倒装的语序,强调的部分变了;2,on Earth位于句首修饰全句,但从语义上来看修饰indication更合适.

我总感觉 among the surest indication of sunspot cycle on Earth is believed to be....

这样会好一点，在地球上最准确的太阳黑点循环的迹象

sunspot cycle就是太阳黑子周期的意思，一般是11年为一个周期，在这个周期中，太阳黑子活动会经历高峰及低谷的周期。
这道题的意思讲的就是太阳黑子活动周期对于地球上树木生长的影响。

B选项没有完整的主谓宾怎么理解？

B 为什么没有完整的主谓宾呢？换成正常语序的话the rate of tree growth are among the surest indications of sunspot cycles.
还有后面的as seen的as是干什么的呀？
