2."would be those impacting the most on people"is worser than "would have the largest impact on people".

3.changed the focus of the original sentence.

我也在A和E当中摇摆，但是结合第一句话的逻辑来看，正确的确实应该是A

第一句话就是说讨论一直聚焦在温室效应的形式和程度上，第二句话就说出来天气学家认为的最极端形式是哪几种。

我也选的E，但是确实应该是focus的问题，E中的which弱化了本来应该并列的obvious 和impacts
