错误选择了A正确选项为C

E重心发生转移。BD中building的用法可以让其被排除，从AC两个选项中排除A，选择C

排除A选择C的理由，只能用语法点using it to help build a modern industrial system. 现在分词是前面整句话对后面造成的影响。而这里receive与use应该是一个一前一后的动作，不能用using表示伴随。

当然A选项中的it指代不清也是个问题。

所以排除A，选择C。

但是我的疑问是：

C难道没有句子重心发生转移的问题吗？

请教nn给一个正确的解题思路，谢谢！

C并不是句子重心转移,与其他选项相比它表意更加简洁
