１、the leaf and small-stem material是单数还是复数呢？若是单数的话那为什么说 parts of the plant 呢？不解阿。。。

２、关于as much as 20 percent of sth 的用法，如果sth换成 the apples，那应该用many or much ？

A：which修饰the leaf and small-stem material，应该用复数。
所以D是答案。
