问题：setting在这里是表伴随，还是与filing构成并列关系？如果是并列关系，为什么前面不加and呢？还是有省略成分？

我觉得意思上看不是与filing并列

是by filing使得他能够set free...所以setting free不与filing并列

那setting后面的这一串起什么作用？表伴随？

意思上讲的话，我觉得是与filing并列，因为这哥们stunned他的邻居，通过filing和setting free
