是否可以选E呢，因为题目的意思是说这个deal将会让它成为the largest manufacturer in the office color-printing market。 Therefore, I prefer 'will' in the answer. Since, A is obviously wrong, I think E might be the answer.

我选C，首先我觉得DE as两边不对称，排除
B中that逻辑上修饰a deal，语法上优先指代a part，而且对于没发生的事情用一般现在时makes
C中making修饰a deal，不存在时态的问题
