疑问（1）为什么用is？all是复数才对啊？

（2）并列的歧异：为何是leave...and corral... and drive...?

难道leave ..., corral... ,and drive...不好用么？

我在这两个选项间犹豫良久,还是选错了,当时我排除c的原因是

现在考虑,把all one has to do with cattle当成主语从句,其谓语应该用is

...is do 1 and then do 2 and do 3这种用法语法上确实没有错误,虽然我们常见的是do 1, do 2, and do 3

2.the only thing....is do 1, do 2, and do 3 做了这么多怎么能是the only thing呢?所以错

3.it is...to say that the only thing...is do 1, do 2, and do3 在从句里用逗号是不是会引起结构的混淆呢,所以不如用and连结好呢?

也许这里不是all ... to do is to do的结构，而是all one has to do...这里的do是原型，或者叫无to不定式，所以后面也全都是无to不定式。

呵呵，这里的ONE可不可能指代cattle，为什么一定是指放牛娃呢？如果可以，不是指代不清了吗？

我对这道题目是超级不解，看了白勇的解释，也不是很清楚，只能强迫自己记下了

leave and then corral and drive，注意这个then，所以后面两个平行，再和前面的平行

all one has to do with cattle is leave them alone while they feed themselves
and then corral them and drive them to market when the time is ripe

含do的名词性从句用作主语时，其表语如是不定式，在口语中常省去to。如：

what a fire-door dose is delay the spread of a fire long enough for people to get out.
