为什么选d 不选a

第一题 e错在 as 如果选e就是名词as动词了不对
第二题其实主动应该大于被动但这道题考的是逻辑关系关键开头那个they 指的谁当然是custom inspector 原文意思是无论custom inspector 怎么解释一些项目充公的原因但是他们总被travelers当作不怀好意的poacher而不被当作政府员工理解意思就明白了吧
