首先A里的时态有逻辑上的错误

头三个月时现在完成式

后来的三个月式过去式

－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－

第一个应该式过去时，第二个是持续到现在吧。。。。

－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－

过去完成时，似乎没有必要的
