搜了一下没有看到讨论贴估计就我这个白痴有这个问题

T-3-Q15.
The population of India has been steadily increasing for decades, and it will probably have what is estimated as 1.6 billion people by 2050 and surpass China as the world’s most populous nation.

A) it will probably have what is estimated as
B) they are likely to have
C)the country will probably have
D)there will probably be
E)there will be an estimated

答案是C 但是我觉得应该选A

A的指代怎么不清楚了? it 就是指代population啊

C 主句的主语是population 怎么用and 连接后主语就变成了 the coutry了?

答案必须是C. "country" is required for "surpass China as the world's most populous nation". In A, "it" refers to the "population", not the "country". It's perfectly ok to link two sentences with ", and".

这个题我觉得要看后面的surpass和谁对称，C选项中和have 对称，这样the country 才能surpass china ，如果是其它选项，比如A 中如果it refers to population, than populatian surpass chian。只有国家能超过国家，人口是不能超过国家的

意思不对。POPULATION是不会HAVE billion people的。只有COUNTRY 能有BILLION people

明白了，但是对as还有有点不明白啊，as到底修饰China，还是India呢。逻辑上应该是修饰India，但是似乎也可以修饰China啊？

看划线后面呀~有个surpass China 和as nation，显然主语得是一个国家~只有C。
而且estimate as的用法好像……不多吧，如果有的话。一般都是estimate to be，如果后面加数字（比如多少年啊）的话一般是estimate at

其实我是想来看看有没有关于there be的说法，是不是只是因为there be 不太好，对there be总是很不放心

it 就是指代population,但是要说的是india，而不是population.
