请大家帮忙教一下我 到底 and so 是怎么用的？ 谢谢！！！！！！！！
像这题 gwd26-5

A. allow that it can draw in its exposed parts such that

However, in my humble opinion,neither D or E is perfect.
D's mistake is "allows that," which means an action that doesn't match the idea of this context.
E's problem is "so that," which doesn't carry the original logical meaning of the context. It gives people the wrong idea that the turtle's design permits the attackers not to find its head. Further more, there shouldn't be a coma in front of "so that."
A better choice should be like the following:

个人的感觉应该是：and连词，so副词，解释为：这样（或者这样一来），表方式的偏门概念。
对于上题
我个人非要在5个里面选
我还是选E
因果的逻辑意思会更加明确

PS，纠正一下MBZ，so that表结果状语从句，可以有逗号格开的；当然不格开也不错啦。
so that"因此，所以"，引导一个表示结果的状语从句，此时不能与in order that换用；从句中谓语根据需要使用相应的时态，主从句间可有逗号相隔。如：
She had not planned her time well,so that she did not finish her homework on time.她没把时间计划好，所以没按时完成家庭作业。
Wang Lang did not work hard enough,so that she is out of work when she is still young.王浪工作不够努力，因此，年轻时就失业了。

and so is a phrase; so is an adverb here. and so = and therefore.

我觉得flat可以提出来b,d..
there being, 首先there指示不明确，being冗余，所以只有B了。 and so也有因果关系。记得那个and, as well as比较么？A and B的其中一个意思就是 B is a consequence of A.我认为这里的so都是多余的，不过错误比D弱， 所以选最好的。
请牛人指教

allow it (the turtle) to draw..., and so is idiomatic. allow means "can do something". = permit and let.
allow that... would be correct if "allow" means ▶CORRECT/PERMITTED◀
(formal) to accept that something is correct or true, or that something is acceptable according to the rules or law
allow that
I allow that there may have been a mistake.
The judge allowed the evidence.
so that means in order that , and those structures are used to talk about purpose. 逻辑上, and so is correct. 能缩回去不光就是为了an attacker can find nothing but hard shell to bite 把
Usually,there is no comma before so that. E中的那个豆号有问题.

My humble opinion:
1. so that:
a) in order to make something happen, make something possible etc
in this sense, so that = in order that;
He lowered his voice so Doris couldn't hear.
Why don't you start out early so that you don't have to hurry?
She's staying here for six months so that she can perfect her English.
b) used to say that something happens or is true as a result of the situation you have just stated
In this sense, so (that) ="and so"; so (that) = so .加逗号.
There are no buses, so you'll have to walk.
The gravestones were covered with moss so that it was impossible to read the names on them.
and so = and therefore

2. so that 不应该加逗号

“So that” is used as a subordinate clause to show purpose or to give an explanation. It is used to show an action producing an intended result or a cause producing an effect.
只是感觉这道题 sothat 比 ，and so / and therefore 要更好的能表达出意思

B因为allow都可以排除了吧 主语是单数
感觉楼上NN讨论的结果是 and so可以一起出现，so that前加逗号也可以，那这道题的判断是因为so that比and so更能体现因果关系？
