晕了,今天看到这个题目感觉迷糊了

答案是E,但是我感觉E好像少了do

是主语vehicles 和those 之间的比较,主语比较且有宾语certain pollutants 的句子应该写出来谓语啊.

比较主语是应该补谓语，但是我看过好几个不补的。

再说，比较成分平行应该是考点才对，至于什么时候补，看了很多帖，还是晕

不补的是因为没有宾语,所以不会造成歧义

像 I am older than you.

注意一下这里的pollutants是介词of的宾语。如果要让本句产生歧意的话，后面的应该变成than of those...

因为后面没有of, 本句即使不加do也不会有歧意。

帮我看看这个同是比较的题。

我的思路如下，请参考

看比较对象，因为后面画线，所以比较对象未确定，有可能是

(1) vehicles powered by natural gas(名词+形容)

(2) natural gas

(A) the burning 根本不是比较对象

(B) 比较对象为vehicles powered by natural gas---选项少了vehicles的指代，又多了do

(D) 这里并没有动词的比较---不会出现does

(E) 完整

than后面有代词,且代词指代明确的情况下,一般就可以省略谓语
