参考答案C里面，大家觉得那个those存在不存在指代不清的问题？比如指代manufacuturers 或者 small cars？

感觉前面是主语＋谓语＋宾语＋than 代词的话，一般不都是要补出谓语动词的吗？

GMAT考试题目，不在乎每个选项具体如何，关键是看几个选择之间的比较。

这里的those满足就近原则，那么就是指smallcars

这里的考点有2个.找出他们就ok了
1) 从意思上, 比较2个时间, 一个是today,另一个是历史上的其它时间, 所以要 any other time in history.关键是other,就是要排除自身,"Today" .这样排除了 A, B, and E.
2) 形容词的顺序.愿意是说使小型车燃效更高,而D,可能产生歧义: 生产更多高燃效的小型车. 所以选C.
另外, 代词一般指最近的名次或者代词. 这里those 指small cars.
