从白勇那看来的：


A明显是逻辑主语的问题，因为assessing的主语不可能是the question


D因为把assessing改为了对应的名词短语，所以回避了逻辑主语的问题。


我的理解是，名词短语的话，不需要判断谁是逻辑主语。

但是我觉得the question in assessing the problems faced by rural migrant workers 也是可以的啊,难道assessing 的逻辑主语一定要是人吗?

我觉得是啊，执行“评价，估计”动作的只能是灵长类吧？

除了逻辑主语的问题，A选项中的they也有混淆指代的嫌疑。

question作assess的逻辑主语在逻辑上是完全不通的。
