我半同意jandjshi的观点。 好象在ETS中，如果状语从句是两个并列句，而且他们的谓语相同，可以省去后句的动词。 我在大全中找到的例子如下：

OG对C的解释是： C, is eliminated as 'their' is wrongly used , as 'both a and b ... has' is wrong, as the 2 things compared (power and devices ) are not parallel, and as the "are" does not parallel "have become ". "have become" was taken out to avoid redundancy. You can put it back.
