A - either or不对称
B - 后半部分不是完整句子
C ,D 的区别在于，两者是转折关系还是并列关系，devoted表明专注于， one-of-a-kind 也表示单一一种的
E - 明显不对，改变原句意思

解释的很清楚，但是还有个疑问，原句有ＡＬＴＯＵＧＨ，应该表达的是转折的意思，为什么Ｃ不可以呢？
