Answer is A.难道不应该是"twice as much as that of West Germany’s expenditure"吗?

1、that指代的是energy，B还原后成为energy of West Germany’s expenditure，这是一种很wordy的表达方式。 2、B的比较的形式也不对等，前面是energy expended in the US, 后面是energy of West Germany’s expenditure。 作者: sbbi 时间: 2003-9-18 00:10
