我选的是D。虽然觉得bo be比较好，但是最后的那个weighing会不会造成修饰上的歧义，即weighing是修饰handheld computer还是修饰digital camcorder。按句意应该是修饰digital camcorder，所以D不是消除了歧义吗？

第二个，不同意楼主的看法， oil factory say, not proposal，由句意可知。

这里what可以替换为the thing that，C,D,E的is在这里是什么成分呢？

而且B这里是不存在歧异的，因为which...这里是插入语的成分，去掉之后不影响整个句子，weighing这里只能修饰主句，没见过修饰插入语的，如果这里不是插入语而是紧接着的限制修饰，才会有歧异。

ETS规定宾语从句的关系连词that要紧跟动词后

长度和重量都是形容digital camdorder,应该是并列的关系,而现在分词表伴随,所以用分词表示两个并列的内容不合适.

而且B的which引导的非限制性定语从句离其先行词太远,中间还有个world,不如D项,先行词就是digital camdorer没的说.

再说B的句末分词,在:"主句,+非限制性定语从句,+现在分词" 这样的结构中,句末的现在分词的逻辑主语是前面非限制性定语从句的主语. 可参考OG120E.
