875. 这道题选E

想问一下A选项，可以通过as much as和hours排除这个选项，但是想问一下后面with the consequence that的用法
之前在别的题目里面也看到过with+XXX, 凭感觉觉得不像是正确选项但是没有具体理解到。
请问这是个什么语法用法呢？

根据OG的解释：
The most significant error in the given sentence （A) is in the final clause, which seems to indicate that pilot's flying as many as 20 percent more hours per month could result in carriers having to hire additional pilot. This "consequence" is wrongly assigned to the extra flying time rahter than to the (probable) ending of the exemption - a logical predication error.
A选项最重要的错误在最后一个分句，它似乎表明飞行员每月多飞20%的时间可能导致航空公司不得不雇佣额外的飞行员。这个 "后果 "是错误地分配给额外的飞行时间，而不是分配给豁免的（可能）终止--这是一个逻辑上的预设错误。
其实E选项逻辑上正确的是
The consequence referred to is correctly assigned to the possible ending of the exemption.
所提到的后果正确地分配给了豁免的可能终止。

谢谢，但是我不太理解这个with的语法结构为什么是挂在extra flying time上面了

对于我而言A的错误很明显，在英语里在比较等前后平等的句子里，前面出现的动词后面再出现的时候一定会用do来替换。Fly在比较的前半句已经出现，后面的fly应该改成do,才对。

挂在这里是个伴随结构，逻辑上错了
