像SVO，插入语名词，which which修饰O呢还是插入语里面的名词呢？

还有SVO that VO，which which修饰主句的O呢还是从句的O呢？

要看語意，都有可能的。在這一題語意上應該是修飾meeting。

这道题目的重点不是在后面的which修饰什么，而是not only ... but also的平行结构

你说的第一种情况我印象中还真没搜索到有这样的句式
第二种情况修饰的是从句的O
which修饰紧邻其前面的名词，常规用法不用说，稍微需要思考的是这种 A Of B which 句式，修饰A还是修饰B语法上都可以，具体看语义。
把这个知识点延展下 A +介词短语（短语最后一个是名词）+  which
which是可以用来修饰A的，
总结下，就是which可以跳跃其前面的介词修饰这个介词前的Noun，但是不能跳跃其他成分了。所以你第二个问题，which只能修饰从句中的O
