我不是很理解reflecting这个现在分词的修饰

Ron大神对于SVO,ving的解释是这样的：
1) it should apply most nearly to the subject of the preceding clause; and, even more importantly,
2) it should have one of the following RELATIONSHIPS to that clause:
immediate consequence（整个句子是原因,导致分词动作产生,无逻辑主语）
simultaneous, but lower-priority, action（逻辑主语=句子主语）
