答案是A, 为什么E不可以，分词做定语修饰不是比从句更好吗？而且此处并不存在一次和反复的问题啊

分词做定语是好，但不是最好，它与定语从句相比，我认为在这里是都可用的，

但E中分词前是逗号啊，是否作成状语形式了，去逗号，对

浅见：establishing 表示动作的持续性；如果用established可能会好一些。
