标题: 求助 OG13 一道题
Carnivorous mammals can endure what would otherwise be lethal levels of body heat because they have a heat-exchange network which kept the brain from getting too hot.

(A) which kept
(B) that keeps
(C) which has kept
(D) that has been keeping
(E) having kept

E是做什么句子的什么成分？？为什么错？？看解释还是不明白，有的说having done 可以修饰主句主语 mammals，隔这么远能修饰得到么？

having done 不能做主语、定语，只能做状语，而且做状语时都是用逗号隔开的，这地方的成分从其他选项也可以看出来。还有，严谨来说不是修饰，只是逻辑主语一致而已。
