可是我记得suggest表示建议的时候是应该用省should的虚拟语气，而表示“暗示”的时候不用虚拟。这题应该是表示建议。

lzm说suggest X as Y(以前没有见过),是固定的用法
同样的还有define X as Y, use X as Y, seerve X as Y (这三个我都见过)
而答案的解释干脆说C比D简洁,我最恨他说简洁了,那个太缥缈了,
还是 Istzhang bro 的解释好!

when "as" function as "prep", there are two means for it:

1. in the capacity, character, condition, or role of: acting as a mediator

So, in choice d, what does the "as" mean? Translate the stence, you'll find the answer.

No,you are wrong. When "suggest" means "To make evident indirectly; intimate or imply:", the verb in the that-clause should be used in the normal mood.
