Finally finish my interview!! OSU的MLHR program 面试，材料很早就送了，面试通知也是这个月初才来的，时间拖太长了，不是太习惯。自己写的ps都快忘记了……面试是由现在在读的学生conduct的，听口音应该是美国本地的，挺纯正的，听起来没什么难度，就是电话不清楚的时候很麻烦，今晚就有两个问题只听到一半，要重复。去年cd上也有人面了，今晚面前还特意按照那个准备了个提纲，谁知道基本没怎么用上…… Can't remember very clear about each one. Just post those I have marked down in a hurry during the interview. Have to use English since it's better to recall the interview process. Sorry... Questions are as followed. 1. Why OSU Seems that this is quite an important question. It was on last year's list. Unfortunately I didn't pay big enough attention to it before... 2. Why choose master now 3. Why need academic background This might be raised because I don't have an HR Bachelor degree 4. What challenges expected after arriving in the US and starting the program 5. Questions regarding my PS The cause/ relationship between my activities and my choice of HR Because I began my PS telling my organisation activities and achievement on campus Inernship Have to tell details about my job and accomplishment. This part is a bit tough 'cause I have to describe a very complicated hr system... Not very nervous at the beginning, but somehow getting anxious at the near ending. Now even shivering upon finishing... The whole interview went on for about 25 minutes. It's really a wonderful one and I enjoy it very much, especially it's my first and maybe the only phone interview. My interviewer is so nice that she gave me really valuable information about the program and I'm more eager to go on my path than before. Still waiting for decisions to come, but with a relaxing mood. The experiences on my way to abroad is good up till now. Feeling that I value the experience more than the ultimate results.
