呵呵，这么多年过去了，居然essay题目都没变化。如果没记错，应该是DU的吧。DU商学院比较重视ethicial的问题，就商业道德的两难（或困境）来阐述你的理解就好，比如说企业行为与环境保护之间的矛盾之类的，你甚至可以写grease money的问题，越危险的题目越能出彩，呵呵，你可以参考一下DU的网站，里面找找别人有关ethical问题的阐述和观点，再结合你的经历，应该能打开一些思路。最后，祝你好运！

Hey there.  This is a GREAT question, and one that we love to work on with our clients.  Generally speaking, your goal here is to show a time that someone made you a veeery tempting offer.  Something that you wanted to do...but ultimately turned down.  Why?  Not because it was a bad deal--instead, you turned it down because you had a MORAL problem with the deal.  Maybe someone offered you a kickback, a commission--something that was slightly dishonest.  You turned it down because you have such strong moral fiber.  That is the way to make the most of this short essay.  Hope this helps, and good luck to you my friend!
