I know there is dual degree program for MIT Sloan's MBA and Harvard KSG's MPA, and some one from China will enroll in this three-year program this year.

BTW, I have no idea about Wharton and KSG dual degree program or any students who did or will do it. According to Wharton website, wharton provides opportunity of pursuing another degree, which, however, is mainly from schools within Upenn.

I am Wharton 09 applicant, also eyeing HCM. I would say that your background is sufficient. The key here is to write great essays in which you can lay out your career goals,  articulate why Wharton HCM will help you achieve those goals, and show uniqueness in your experience (i.e. what you can contribute to the Wharton community). As is always said by Wharton ad com, the admission review is a "holistic" process. Go figure.

As to comparison with HBS, I think Wharton HCM is far stronger than the counterpart at HBS.

- 背景是，02年计算机专业和科技英语专业学位，到09年入学时算7年工作经验，一直都在管理软件公司（非外企，主要是ERP/CRM等方案）做海外市场和销售，其中是5年是外派香港，GMAT是710/5.0，GPA是75/100和78/100。

- 之后想转管理咨询，我在ERP项目中有大量的案例，都是关于管理信息化的项目。

这样我需要在哪方面挖掘，或者说包装，我的package，才能增加机会呢？ THANKS!

your background is pretty good, such as double-degree, HK w/e, ERP stories, which can be associated to consulting...

Dig yourself deep, find your strenthes, show your best sides, including both inside work and outside work.

You cannot change your GPA/UNDERGRADUATE, so don't waste time worrying. If possible, a higher GMAT can make you either safer or stronger.

You kidding? Your college is much much better and more famous than mine, so, no worry at all!

Focus your time and energy on what you can improve, not on your history!
