攒人品，说一说面经OSU-MACC [2012-01-06] + 别人总结的过去五年面经

题目基本上别人都已经说过了。跟其他最近面试的人的题基本一样。所以可能不用管什么专业。把所有的题都看了就是了。
我在chasedream上下载过一个过去五年的面经总结。觉得很有用。记不住是哪位发的了。在这里谢过了。
给我面试的是Andrew。他笑的很甜。长的不错。人也很nice。
他是有一小打纸，每页上面有两堆问题，他从每堆里选一个问。每次我回答完之后他都会写上note。不知道是不是在忙着给我扣分。总的来说他不会让人觉得有压力。有时候我说不上来他会帮我说几句。呵呵。
希望今年能被录取。
对了，我问了什么时候能知道消息。他说可能要一个月或将近两个月。因为今年申请的人太多了。
还有，开始因为email里说在看我的资料之前跟我谈谈，我以为不会看我的资料。可是他面试中闲聊的时候问了我简历里面的东西。比如为什么在xx公司工作，又为什么换另一个工作，等等。
我基本上一激动就把准备好的东西给忘了。所以最好是把几个例子记住。像我似的一激动忘了背的答案的就把例子举出来，总比冷场强。

My goal：

关于学校：
?    why this program;你认为这个program最吸引你的地方？就是说fisher能给你带来些什么；
?    what change do you expect when you study in the school
?    other programs you applied
?    什么时候决定读master；when did you decide to pursue a master's degree in HRM?; why this time
?    favorite courses。我说了两门。然后她就接着问基于你说的喜欢的这两门课，Fisher College能给你什么帮助。
?    What challenges expected after arriving in the US and starting the program

关于leadership:
?    leader in your team did sth. Wrong/当你觉得你的领导做的不对时,并且他的决定经常没有效率时,你会怎么做
?    领导风格; 经历过的领导方式，professor也可以; 我的Leadership 方式

?    describe your passion for sth.可能跟我的essay选题有关系，但是leadership的是个名词，我选的是empathy和endurance，没选passion，所以就让我答了

个人研究：

背景一般。国内英语专业毕业，但是英语很烂。
在美国COLUMBUS一个不怎么地的大学读了个accounting本科。所以不用托福成绩。有一点点工作经验。
