[5:16:00] Katie Rugh: Let's go back to messaging.
[5:16:07] Katie Rugh: It isn't as fun, but I understand the delay.
[5:16:11] EricGan: Really sorry~~
[5:16:25] EricGan: I dont know what's wrong 8-|
[5:16:28] Katie Rugh: Oh, please don't worry about it!
[5:16:35] Katie Rugh: Sometimes these things happen. So, here's my question:
[5:16:43] Katie Rugh: What is motivating you to pursue an FE degree at this point in your career?
[5:21:48] Katie Rugh: So, my next question is: [5:22:11] Katie Rugh: What other schools have applied to? What are your criteria for choosing a school?
[5:26:49] Katie Rugh: I see; so you're interested in finding a job in the United States after graduation?
[5:29:22] Katie Rugh: Now, as I'm sure you know, The Drucker School focuses heavily on teamwork and team management skills, so I'd like to ask you a few questions about your teamwork skills. [5:29:28] Katie Rugh: My first question is: [5:29:52] Katie Rugh: If you were on a team where you had a team member that wasn't carrying their weight, how would you approach the situation? If you've ever had an experience like this, what did you do? [5:30:29] EricGan: As a leader or just one member of the team? [5:30:34] Katie Rugh: Either.
[5:36:28] Katie Rugh: So, my next question is: [5:36:36] Katie Rugh: How would your team members describe your participation?
[5:40:33] Katie Rugh: Okay, so, let's go ahead and go on to the next question, then. [5:40:42] Katie Rugh: How would your team members describe your participation?
[5:45:31] Katie Rugh: That takes us into our next section, where we're going to talk a bit about leadership. [5:45:34] Katie Rugh: So my first question is: [5:45:37] Katie Rugh: How do you define leadership?
[5:47:38] Katie Rugh: Great, and can you tell me a leader you admire, and why?
[5:51:33] Katie Rugh: Can you describe a question where you've had to lead a team, and you let your team down?
[5:58:42] Katie Rugh: So, my next questions relate to your career: [5:59:05] Katie Rugh: Describe your career goals. You mentioned that you see yourself ending in China; what do you want to do there?
[6:04:08] Katie Rugh: So, I'm going to ask you a few questions now that will require a little bit of personal evaluation. [6:04:23] Katie Rugh: Tell me what, if anything, you would change about your current manager. [6:05:05] EricGan: You mean his character? [6:05:26] Katie Rugh: Character, management style, work ethic -- whatever you think should be changed.
[6:10:49] Katie Rugh: What approach do you feel would be more effective?
[6:16:18] Katie Rugh: Can you tell me what you think you can contribute to the FE program here? [6:16:30] Katie Rugh: What unique qualities do you think you possess that will benefit the program?
[6:24:37] Katie Rugh: Tell me, what do you think the biggest challenge you'll face at Drucker will be?
[6:31:32] Katie Rugh: That essentially concludes my questions for you; do you have any questions you would like to ask me?
可能乱了点,但是问题还是挺有逻辑的
接下来就是我的扯淡时间,问了她就业率,她说我可以发邮件给 jason.barquero@cgu.edu
问她F2,她说我可以发邮件给 marsha.habib@cgu.edu
问她奖学金情况,她说推荐我申请,还说 we will definitely consider you for assistance,我NC的回说I'm flattered~~
她说两周后给消息,就是这样……反正都是很基本的问题,估计视频半小时就解决了……唉,狂sorry了她一顿 |
