”作者建议S国降低出口糖的价格(sugar is a primary export for the country of S)，以增强与其他糖出口国的竞争，从而提升糖出口量，解决贸易赤字问题 (solve the problem of trade deficit)“
卤煮在考场上写了3个攻击点，仅供参考：
1. The author fails to establish a causal relationship between lowering sugar price and increasing its export. The export of sugar depends on many other factors, such as the price of sugar from competitors, taxation of the target markets and demand of consumers. Merely reducing the price will not necessarily increase the sales in foreign countries.
2. Even though the sale of sugar would increase in overseas markets, there are not sufficient evidences to prove that trade deficit will be reduced. Trade deficit is determined by both export and import, and it is presumptuous for the author to judge whether trade deficit will increase or reduce without providing any information on import.
3. The author fails to provide detailed information on S country's sugar export, such as the share of sugar export out of total export. Probably, although sugar is a primary export, it only accounts for a small share in S country's total export, because the price of sugar is very low. In this case, increasing sugar export will have limited impact on S country's trade deficit.

卤煮一般在考试时只写3个Points (considering the time constraint)。但其实也还可以有其他的点可以攻击：例如，S国的糖价格目前是处于什么水平？如果目前的价格已经是市场上最低的了，那么进一步降低价格不会促进销售量的提升。另外，国外市场对糖的需求是怎样的？如果需求是饱和的，那么降低价格也不会导致出口量的提升。这些信息author都没有提供，因此论证也是不完善的。
