在一个small franchise city里面local grocery stores一直能有稳定客源是因为他们有非常loyalty 的客户;实际当地的一个连锁超市销售不好,为了解决这个问题,打算采用类似grocery的方法,也建立一批有忠实度的客户源;director建议可以通过在周边建立一些设施或者是举办一些programs来吸引客户从而让他们对超市增加好感和忠诚度。请对此作出评价。
