UCI OR FORDHAM

I'm now struggling between UCI MPAC program and Fordham MSA program.
I've made a pros&cons list, but these two schools seem a tie to me.
UCI
pros: good reputation both for college and for business school
         wonderful weather and enjoyable environment (sunshine, seas, beaches, etc.)
         don't need to worry about safety
cons: one-year program
        few accounting opportunities in CA?

Fordham:
pros: excellent location/more opportunities
       two-year program
cons: not so well-known nationwide, let alone worldwide
        fierce competition
        too expensive

accounting job 到处有。CA企业也不少，没必要非得去NYC。
