Recently implenmented "shift-worker equations"based on studies of the human sleep cycle have reduced sickness, sleeping on the job, fatigue among shift workers, and have raised production efficiency in various industries.

A.fatigue among shift workers, and have raised
B.fatigue among shift workers, and raised
C.and fatigue among shift workers while raising
D.lowered fatigue among shift workers, and raised
E.and fatigue among shift workers was lowered while raising

这题答案选的是C,我做的时候选的是A。
关于A选项并列有个问题，
and前有逗号时，and后必须是完整句子，有主语。即“主1……，and 主2谓”（所以这题A选项错 了）                                and前没有逗号时，当前后主语一致时，and后的主语必须省略。即“主……and 谓”.  
根据上面的说法的话，A选项是不是改成这个样子也是错的，and fatigue among shift workers, and have raised 。因为第二个并列中and没有主谓，那么是不是只有在这种情况下才是对的and fatigue among shift workers and have raised 。
即在fatigue前面加上一个and并去掉后面and前的逗号。
昨天发的帖子也没有回复。。。真心求问！

“and后必须是完整句子，有主语。即“主1……，and 主2谓。。。”我觉得不是一定的。若1,2主语相同，后面的主语可以省略
A：have reduced sickness, sleeping on the job, fatigue among shift workers, and have raised production efficiency in various industries.
减少了sickness, sleeping on the job, fatigue among shift workers，ABC平列时候要用A,B,and C
