第一次做小分队，看过了介绍贴还是不太清楚应该做什么notes。。orz

Time 2(1’38) A recent study showed that the CQ actually can be created and it not merely belongs to artists. The professor also pointed out that the CQ is not from individual or something suddenly comes. The CQ must come from the social is has many connection with things around us.

Time 3 (1’34)Being social doesn’t mean that people must get together, but means people must have interact. The Yahoo’s decision did not hurt the creativity. The brainstorm cessions always do not work because people won’t share their best ideas within strangers so just 3or4 people that get together and have a heated discussion may be better. About the Groupon, it is a creative company and it does not mean it won’t face any problem.

Time 4( 1’28) The creativity is the source of profit. The DELL used to be a creative company but now their model is limited and it needs to think of itself as the creative company but not a PC company. There are many ways for people to become more creative such as talking to creative friends, reading the author’s book, travelling and stopping for 20 minutes every day to think about the whole that you have experienced.

Time 5(1’22) The data analysis can help in hiring employees. From the data analysis, we can find some connection with the character that HR do not like. Such as the different types of Internet Browser can reflect the chance of changing the job and this connection is to some extent reliable.
From this, those companies that need to hire people can refer to it.

Time 6 (2’39) The Evolv consider the criterion company use to analyze the data must be chosen with a lot of consideration. Some of the connections are contrary or do not have any connection, such as the crime records have no relation with the performance or some people with crime records even do better. Some of the criterion can play a significant role. The data analysis can be a very effective tool, but if people conduct it improperly it will have a reverse effect.  

Obstacle (7’28) The nutonian has get its first venture. This new company is engaged in the field of the data sourcing. They apply the data sourcing method that used to be used in science to the business now. They have already made some difference.
Some Q&A  The CEO think that nowadays is a mature time for the technology. The technology of storing information has matured and some companies with large quantity of information have eagers to utilize them. What Nutonian different from other software is that it can show the law of the data and tell you the reasons for getting such result.

The way in analyzing data of Nutonian has been widely used in many different fields. Nutonian will help people to dig the data an find those hidden pattern within the data.
