Time 2 3.16'
Background telling his book which describe the CQ
Creative intelligence is a new product and service
First creative is not only a light bulb goes off in you head or belong to solo artist, creativity is social which you can think it in ways narrative.
Time 3 2.47'
It is difficult for people to make creativity by teams with stranger, but more eaiser with families and relatives.
The example explain why creative prompt the company.
Time 4 3'
The question is true, because it is coming up with new things that give us fat profit.
Dell's success tell us that they creat a modal which make people do what they want to make.
Find a creative friend and read my book.
Time 5 3.01'
telling us a story about human -resource manager's mistake, than alter to another point that "big date" could help firms recruit employees.
From a example to tell us people woh bother to install a new browser may be the sort who take the time to reach informed decisions, and it is the will be the better employee.
Because 60% of american worker are unskills, so make the recruitment process more yield.
Time 6 4.34'
Mainly telling us a facter that people who had job-hopped in the past were no more likelu to quit quicklu than those who had not.
people who had joined one or two social networks tended to stay in a job for longer, but more may be not. However it could cultivate less effective salespeople.
A special case of big date in sellection.

希望GG取得理想成绩!!

Part I Main idea
Cellphones track the users location, and the cellphone operation company always give this info to police without high criteria.
Someone reckon that the digital location info should be protected from the policemen unless the user commit a crime, while others argue that location info is out of the users' possession according to the Federal constitution.
Part II
[Time 2] 1:53[311words]
CQ(creativity quality?), which could decide whether a man will success in business, is very important for people. -->what is it?-->CQ also comes from team work.

Yahoo encourage employee to work in small groups to think out creative ideas. Coupon just fired it CEO, because the business model idea need to be improved.
[Time 4]1:48 [317Words]
Creativity is the source of profit and capitalism, instead of efficiency. Take Dell as an example, Dell was a preeminent model for efficiency, but it is not successful any more, because it lack creativity.
[Time 5] 1:39[Words]
Using software could help HR to avoid the mistakes. People who would like to change their internet explorer seem more likely to be good employees.
Hiring is a serious issue in the U.S., since unsuitable employees will cost the company colossal money.
[Time 6]2:44 [376Words]
Give many examples to corroborate that some unrelated issues may reflect whether one specific candidate will be suitable for the job.
Part III
[Time 7] 6:58[Words]
A startup company, whose main business is to mine the "big data", to dig deeper the info collected by them, and to use them in maximum effects.
The company just raised ~$5m from a venture capital.--> The background of the company, including the founder is a famous scientist in the technology field.--> The founder reckons that it is the right time to start their business, and the N system will help people to know what info are hidden in the data.

占位。。。。。。。。
2 311 1’38 BN’s new book which is about a new definitionCQ-creativity intelligence often undervalued by us is all about how CQ iscrucial in today’s business world and how can we cultivate this ability. Hebelieved that CQ is the most important element in deciding the success ofbusinesses and anyone can cultivate it.
3 331 1’42 yahoo banned its workers to work at homeand said separating environment will decrease the activity of the cooperationof them. But BN says the instant communicating devise can enable people tocooperate with each other without physical together. What really account in ateam’s effectiveness is the trust, the familiar with each other.
BNbelieved that the creativity company groupon has already reach its highestlevel.
4 317 1’40 BN hold the view that the real source ofeconomic value is creativity not efficiency. Efficiency can only induce littlevalue, however create a new thing can boost real economic values, provide jobsand facilitate people’s life.  DELL isnot a computer company but a creativity company. The reason why its profit isdown is because people could not get the thing they really want in there.  The ways BN thinks can improve our creativityability.
5 230 1’40 human resource contains a numerous workloadespecially in the food chain and fast-consumed industry. So how can we spend lesstime and energy on this type of repeated and ritual work.
6 376 2’25 some other finding of job-hunters and somewrong opinion on choosing candidates. The data pool and computer do can help usa lot.
7 1008 6’33 the big-data is already a big problem intoday’s science and business industry. Some people are working to solve this problem. And it provides service to a number of medicine and business companies with goodperformance.

time2 how creat your creativity and intellengence?
social group is a significant factor in creativity

time3 small team is more effective than big group in creativity ,because they can interact with people they knew

tme4 creativity can rise fat profit than effeciency in economy .creativity means that adding more factors in the product rather than single thing.

time5 better tools can help managers make good deicisions
additionly ,some softwares can prevent employees from leaving compnies.

tmie6  effective tools help managers o recognize employees who hope positions so that they can be recuited in the right occupations .However , besause these tools are controlled by humen ,somtimes tools  appear some erros .

"big data" can predicts waht happen in the future .they can serve customers  who  need to kown what will happen through restored information .Although "black box"can collect substantial data ,sometimes it is difficult to provide useful solutions with people .
