一战760。本想深藏功与名，奈何良心告诉我，受益于CD，当回报CD。

The following is a memo of the manager of Foster Health & Fitness, which owns 3 gyms, located in a medium-sized city.

A recent survey shows that people care more about eating healthier food(大意，非原话。) Organic food could be a good choice. Besides, the city could support the organic food grocery store. National chain stores have not opened up any organic food stores in the city. Since Foster Health & Fitness ‘s goal is to impove public health(?大意，非原话），the company should aggresively expand all its three gyms by building a oragnic food grocery section in each its gym. The company can increase its profit by implementing this strategy, given that the growth of the company has ceased in the past recent year.

攻击点其实很多：

survey可靠性
无根据假设：medium-sized的city真的能为有机食物提供足够的market size吗（写到这，楼主想到，最后一句“该公司最近一年没有利润增长”很可能暗示了该城市经济和市场容量有限，完全也可以拿来做论据）
无cost benefit analysis，未考虑到竞争对手 National chain store的后续动作
either-or choice，假设有足够的有机食物市场容量，且benefit能outweighcost，就一定要aggresive到3个gym一起执行该计划吗？更plausible的方式应该是先从1家开始试行。

楼主当时只分析了3点。果然事后诸葛亮啊。如上是回报。
