一战归来，考前只写过一篇作文....考前三天才开始看了两个模板，还好今天作文不难，感谢上苍！

正题正题：

一篇新闻，数据显示West Cambria的volunteer ambulance service到达事故地点的平均反应时间比East Cambria的commercial service长，于是政府放话了，为了在事故发生后提供better service，同时也为了收取救护车的费用以增加城市收入，要取缔volunteer ambulance，换成commercial service。

开头：套用模板

1.一个在西边一个在东边，位置不同，离事故地点的距离肯定不一样，比较他们到达事故现场的反应时间不合理。举例：有可能大部分事故都发生在东部。

2. 到达事故地点时间的长短与服务的好坏没有直接关系。举例：commercial service是要盈利的，出于成本考虑，可能会用更差的设备。

3. 没有证据表明Commercial service一定会盈利，同时还对城市财政作出贡献。
