我在香港读会计硕士， 有法律基础课， 现在有一题，头都大了， 请牛人指点：

Robert Choi started selling homemade chocolate as a soleproprietor under the name “Chocs-Good” in Mong Kok. The chocolate inventory iscovered by a fire insurance policy issued by Safety Insurance Ltd.

Two years ago, Robert incorporated a limited liabilitycompany Choi Dreams Ltd (CDL) to take over the whole business of Chocs-Good.Robert is the sole shareholder and director of CDL.

Three months ago, the whole inventory of CDL, worth $1million, was destroyed by fire.

Advise Robert on his claim against Safety forthe loss at CDL.  

要用香港什么法律做legal reference啊， 是companies ordinance 吗

这个题的答案，到底可以不可以要求保险公司赔偿？
